Make 2020 Your DREAM Year.

As the calendar reached 2020 everyone of you started deciding the new year's resolution, but before anything else:
"Did you appreciate yourself for surviving through the ups and downs of 2019?
"Did you thank yourself for not giving up during the tough times last year?"
"Did you take a minute to thank God for all the blessings that were bestowed upon you in 2019?"

As the New Year begins I advise you to first thank God and then thank and appreciate yourself for the positive things that happened with you because of you in all the previous years.

Coming back to the new year's resolution you don’t really need new numeric figures in life to decide certain things for yourself, instead we can word it as 'you can plan for certain things targeting the next 12 months to  fulfill them and achieve it, and that’s where I say 'Make 2020 Your Dream Year'.
 Making 2020 a DREAM Year does not requires much efforts all what you do need to do is to follow these things:

  • Make Happiness Unconditional: We are in a generation where heartbreaks are common. But has  anyone ever tried finding out the reason for the disappointments and heartbreaks and if yes, we have probably blamed others for it but in reality we are our own culprits and we commit errors by expecting too much from the world in return to what we give to them. Remember to only give and seek happiness unconditionally and see how your life changes.
  • Trust Yourself and Believe in your potentials: Nothing is impossible if you are willing to strive for it and you are going to achieve it when you trust yourself and your potentials. Remember, everything in life starts from you and therefore always believe in yourself.
  • Be honest with Yourself: You need to have a clear vision about your life and its related things. You need to know what is not working and what you really want in your life.You have to be willing to let go things and further do not get stuck with every minor issues in life because remember life goes on.
  • Lay solid foundations for Courageous New Beginnings that connect to your deepest desires because it is it rightly said 'try try till you succeed.'
  • Be Brave enough to Achieve your Dreams: Never ever underestimate yourself with the thought that your dreams are too big to achieve, never think that you aren’t capable of it. Instead you need to bravely tell yourself that 'you are capable and worthy of every dream you wish'

Say NO to Negative Vibes

"You are too blessed to be stressed, my friend"

It’s that time in your life right now that you need to say it aloud  to your own self, 'NO to NEGATIVE VIBES.'
Negative vibes are those perception which are either emitted by the other person and which affects you or it is which we ourselves feel internally. Vibes are  classified into two distinct nature, Good and Bad Vibes. Remember positivity within yourself gives a boost to good vibes and negativity gets your life revolving only around bad vibes.
Negative vibes are felt by humans due to internal or external reasons and within which a person‘s life revolves.
"But who is the master of your life? Is it the people around you or you yourself?" 
"Of-course you are the master of your life and therefore you are the one to decide which vibe has to attract and enter into your life.

Life is too short to stress, to overthink and to be upset over issues.Remember you are the creature of God and God will not burden you with issues to a level which you can’t handle.Therefore have a positive attitude,learn to say No to negative vibes because good things in life come with positive attitude.

Here are some quick tips to learn in order to stick around the phrase, 'Say NO to NEGATIVE VIBES
  1. Love and Appreciate Yourself:  Loving yourself and appreciating every little thing about yourself matters in the long run. Your life starts from you and if you give yourself the positive emotions of love, self-respect and confidence you are going to lead a positive life and thereby you will be away from negativity. 
  2. Do not give up during tough times: Life is like a roller-coaster ride and ups and downs are part of life. Remember tough times don’t last, tough people do.Don’t let the negative emotions during these tough time drain you and instead gather the courage to face the situation and come out positively out of the tough phase.
  3. Spare few minutes daily to communicate with god: Spending time in prayers and communication with God generates a sense of positivity  in you because you pray to God with faith and therefore you are discarding all negativity around you for the moment and ultimately forever
  4. Do not compare yourself with others: Every human and every life is different in this world. You need to believe in your own-self always and never ever compare yourself to others because every life has a different story. Believe in yourself and improve yourself for better and in a positive manner rather than comparing yourself to others and bringing negativity within you.
  5. Practice gratitude every day: When you are feeling negative think of something you are grateful for and spare time for activities/things which makes you happy. You have to make time for the activities which you love and indulge yourself with your hobbies. Giving yourself time generates a positive bond with your mind and soul and you ultimately generate positivity within you and keep yourself away from negative vibes.

Self Care


Everyone in life is going through something or the other and controlling life situations is not in your hands, but learning to tackle those situations by making yourself strong enough for it is definitely in your hands and this is called Self-Care. Before everything else in your life learn to take care of yourself because everything in your life starts from YOU.
Self care includes taking care of yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, intellectually and sensory self-care.Pampering yourself at spas is not the beginning and end of your self-care. You need to take care of yourself physically as well as mentally. A good mental health is very essential to lead a peaceful life.Stress is the most dangerous thing to
your mental well-being, avoid it as much as you can because the stress can tear you and break you completely.
Life is like a journey, a road full of ups and downs so drive cautiously and avoid accidents. Take every issue in your life as these ups and downs and lead your life cautiously to avoid the accident of affecting yourself mentally. Ignore the paths of overthinking, crying and stressing over issues because controlling life situations is not in your control.

Self-care is the most precious thing that you can gift yourself. Don’t blame yourself every time after a downfall in your life, you need to be your own counselor in the worst phase of life. Keep reminding yourself that everything happens for a good reason and be wise enough to see goodness in the bad phase. Every time you catch yourself criticizing yourself, think of something you love about yourself and appreciate it.
Doing good deeds is also a way to care for yourself, do good for others and it will come back to you in unexpected ways.

It is only because you haven’t started believing in yourself yet. Remember, "The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be" and you will become the best version of yourself only after you start believing yourself. Anger is the most dangerous enemy to your happiness and learning to give-up on your anger for your happiness is the most important thing you should be doing for your own-self. Anger is a human emotion caused due to unforeseen circumstances, unjust acts or as a consequence of saddening situations in life.

Anger management plays a vital role in shaping your personality. Managing your anger does not mean that you need to control it all the time, understand controlling and managing are two different aspects. Anger as an emotion is going to come out regardless of your control over it, therefore you need to learn to manage your anger rather than controlling it.

Effective Tips to Manage your Anger:

  1.  The foremost thing you need to do is to figure out your nature with regards temper issues. You need to understand as to what are the things that add up to your temper.
  2. Anger within you arises due to different sources like it may be caused because of frustration, unforeseen circumstances, work pressure, emotional breakdown or when life does not goes as per your will. Once you have figured out the source of your anger, you need to sit and tell yourself one thing "Anger doesn't solve anything, it builds nothing but it can destroys everything.
  3. After knowing the source of your anger, next immediate thing that you need to do is to know what triggers you to react in such a manner. Ask yourself, "have you reach a level of frustration that you can't control it anymore? Is it an emotional breakdown? Is it your work pressure which makes you behave in this manner?" After getting your answers, relax and understand that anger is an emotion just like every other emotion and therefore don't let it overpower you, instead choose to not get triggered by it and take the issue in a humorous manner or by remaining silent  for that particular moment. Choosing to ignore it, meditating and spending time with positive people around has also proven to be effective tips to overcome the trigger of your anger.
